![]() We are so proud and happy to announce that both Dr. Stephanie Bedard and Dr. Samantha Renth have received their certification in Canine Rehabilitation! Through her experience in practice, Dr. Stephanie Bedard realized the definitive need for rehabilitation therapy to improve the quality of life and the rate of post-operative recovery in patients. This inspired her to pursue becoming a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist (CCRT) through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute. Dr. Bedard has a special interest in geriatric medicine, neurologic rehabilitation and sporting dog reconditioning. She is currently a member of the Canine Sports Medicine Association, the American Association of Rehabilitation Veterinarians and the International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management. Ever since Dr. Samantha Renth began veterinary school, she has fostered an intense passion for canine rehabilitation and physical therapy. She completed rigorous additional hands-on training and coursework to become a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP) through the University of Tennesse at Knoxville. Dr. Renth thoroughly enjoys working closely with patients and their owners to determine what specific rehabilitation protocol would best fit their lifestyle and improve the pet's quality of life.
